Andrea King works at the intersection of public health, technology, and data innovation. She helps state, local, and tribal health departments build the skills and systems they need to use AI and modern data tools effectively. Trained as an epidemiologist and data scientist, Andrea has had a long career in public service, beginning at Columbia University, then New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, she currently works with Washington Department of Health, and leads the PubHealthAI Collaborative Network, a national community of practice focused on responsible AI adoption in government public health. She’s passionate about making emerging technologies work for real people and real problems — especially in the public sector. 

Brittany Sigler is a digital health product leader with 12+ years experience driving innovation across the healthcare ecosystem, focused on using frontier technology to advance human health. She has built and scaled technology for startups, government, enterprise, and academia, specializing in 0-1 product strategy and leveraging data science tooling, UX research, and academic rigor to develop evidence-based products. She has launched patient engagement products for the Medicaid and Medicare market at a small startup, led digital mental health innovation at the NYC Department of Health, developed AI-driven consumer behavior change experiences at CVS Health, and crafted strategic partnerships for digital health solutions in public and private healthcare settings. Her academic research focuses on driving health-focused investment in consumer technology in the private sector to maximize public health impact.
